“Toyo Tires Proxes Sport 2 Promotion” (“Promotion”) is organised by Toyo Tyre Sales and Marketing Sdn Bhd (“TOYO”).

By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions, which shall form a valid and binding agreement between you and TOYO.

TOYO reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any of these Terms and conditions Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Promotion Eligibility:

• The participant must be a citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia who holds a valid National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number (12-digit) and is above the age of 18 years at the time of participation.
• The participant must purchase a minimum of 4 pieces of Toyo Proxes Sport 2 per vehicle at any authorized and/or participating Toyo Tires Premium Auto Centre (TPAC) or Toyo Tires Auto Centre (TAC) via this link
• The participant is only eligible for one redemption per I/C number.

Promotion Period:

• This Promotion will commence from 25^th August 2023 until 500 pieces of Hekkusse Brand Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (“Hekkusse TPMS”) is fully redeemed or cease as announced by TOYO at its sole discretion, as the case may be and whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”).
• TOYO may at its sole and absolute discretion to change the Promotion Period at any time without any prior notice.

Promotion Submission:

To participate in this Contest, please follow the steps below:

1. The participant must purchase a minimum of 4 pieces of Toyo Proxes Sport 2 from 25th August 2023 onwards at any authorized and/or participating TPAC/TAC outlet to be eligible for this Promotion. You may check for the eligible authorized and/or participating TPAC/TAC outlet for your Toyo Proxes Sport 2 purchases which you may find via this link
2. The participant shall register or login as a Toyo Fan Club Member via this link
3. The participant is to fill in the required details and upload your proof of purchase on the Hekkusse Promotion Page for submission for this Promotion which can be found on this link
4. The participant will receive email confirmation upon successful submission and after verification and confirmation by TOYO on the eligibility and entitlement to the Hekkusse TPMS.
5. The Hekkusse TPMS will be delivered to you according to the address provided by you during your submission in approximately 10 working days after email verification.

Redemption Terms & Conditions:

• Only applicable for minimum purchase of four (4) Toyo Proxes Sport 2 tyres per vehicle starting from 25th of August 2023.
• Limited to 500 units redemption on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Redemption must be submitted within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
• The participant shall be responsible for any labour costs and/or costs and expenses associated with the installation and/or assembling of the Hekkusse TPMS.
• The customer is under no obligation to have the Hekkusse TPMS installed at the dealership from which they purchased the tyres.
• TOYO is not responsible for any issues or damages related to and/or arising from the Hekkusse TPMS for whatsoever reason.
• The manufacturer of the Hekkusse TPMS may provide warranty for the Hekkusse TPMS and the participant is required to activate the warranty and comply with the terms and conditions of the manufacturer in relation to the warranty of the Hekkusse TPMS.
• The warranty must be activated by the participant within one month of receiving the item & before assembling it. Hekkusse covers 12 months manufacturing defects after the warranty is activated. For any enquiry, they can call the Hekkusse hotline at +0102520088 (Mr. Cheng).
• No replacement or exchange or cash refund of the Hekkusse TPMS will be entertained by the TOYO .
• Strictly no cash refund for whatsoever reason.
• Any dispute will be settled through good faith negotiation, and if unresolved, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
• TOYO reserves the right to substitute the Hekkusse TPMS with others of similar value at any time without prior notice. All items are non-transferable and non-negotiable. The items are given on an “As Is” basis and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, credit, other items, or vouchers.
• TOYO’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding, and no further correspondence or attempts to dispute such decisions will be entertained.
• TOYO reserves the right to cease, suspend and/or call off this Promotion at its sole discretion and as it deems fit and appropriate.
